Dr. Benjamin Crawford

Dr. Crawford was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska.  He was s a 2001 Service High School graduate. He attended the University of Nevada, Reno on Nordic skiing and merit scholarships. Dr. Crawford earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry in 2005. He went on to pursue his Doctor of Optometry at the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, IL. and graduated in May 2010.

In the spring of 2011, he returned home to Alaska and began practicing at Accurate Vision Clinic.  In working with Dr. Blower he quickly realized there was something very special about this practice. Dr. Blower has held her level of eye care to a higher standard, which is evident in the loyalty of our patients.

In 2014, Dr. Crawford took over the practice from Dr. Blower. He is thrilled to be continuing that excellence and desires to further build upon that standard in serving the Accurate Vision Clinic community.

When Dr. Crawford is not in the office he is taking advantage of all the activities Alaska has to offer with his wife Rachel and their two sons, Aiden and Oscar.

Most likely you will see them in the mountains skiing, running, biking, camping, or fishing.
